This is a 40-min dynamic strength, rotation, power, and athletic mobility workout. This session combines contrast training, athletic movement, and hypertrophy work.

Format: Superset-based with contrast and movement-focused pairings

Equipment: DBs, BB, landmine, kettlebell, bands, box, sled (optional)
